The PowerPinner 7200 Welder is a solid state resistance welder designed for specifically for welding a resistance weld pin to galvanized sheet metal ductwork. The compact size and hand truck feature allows for easy mobility around the shop. A lightweight pistol grip trigger, ergonomic handle and easy to read controls further simplify the operation. The rugged construction and powerful transformer stands up to the demands of constant heavy use for jobs of any size. This resistance type Hand Welder is used for fastening weld pins from 1/2" - 4" long to sheet metal as thin as 26 gauge and as thick as 16 gauge.

The PowerPinner 7200 may be used as a primary welder for a small sheet metal shop or as a back up welder for a large facility. You can easily move it anywhere in shop to help with work overflow and the rugged construction is designed for years of reliable service. The 7200 is simple to use. Just attach the ground clamp to the duct or metal table top, place a pin on the magnetic weld tip, push the pin through the insulation and pull the trigger. The extra long weld cables are also perfect for insulating large pieces of duct. Always use Gripnail’s Power Point weld pins for the strongest possible welds.
