The PowerPinner 7250 Welder is a solid state resistance welder designed specifically for welding a resistance weld pin to galvanized sheet metal ductwork and insulation. With this bench top welding array, set up shop on any stable surface and fasten insulation with high quality welds. The PowerPinner 7250 was completely designed around the same high capacity transformer that can be found in Gripnail’s floor model line of PowerPinner welders. This delivers the same level of power and quality welds commonly seen in much larger machines. As a result of the PowerPinner 7250 solid state circuitry and design, it requires less maintenance.The weld gun has a pistol grip style handle with a trigger guard and switch for a more ergonomic working environment. Welding current is not available at the gun until the weld pin contacts the sheet metal and the trigger is pulled.
